Automation without chaos: what to automate first

Bad automation multiplies confusion. Good automation removes friction from a path that already matters.

Prioritize processes that are frequent, rule-based, and expensive when they fail: lead response, onboarding access, reporting, filing.

If a process needs judgment every time, keep humans in the loop. If it repeats the same way weekly, systemize it.

The goal is not fewer people. The goal is people doing work that deserves them.
